Failure to comply:
If you fail to comply and/or have broken more than 3 rules on our website a reclaim case will be open and you will be notified through a PM ensuring that the horse/s status will be dealt with to continue in following the rules and regulations. If further action is taken and you do not continue to follow the rules after the first warning you will have another reclaim notice at this point the horse will be reclaimed without notification unless stated otherwise.
There will be an archive here on the forum that will be created by a member of staff, which will contain the rules and reg's of your own stable. This is to ensure the safety of others who have read your current rules and have complied with them, If you want to change the rules just please PM a member of staff or Admin in order to have them changed. Reasons for the rules & regulations Archive is to ensure when a member sells a horse they have up to date rules, and to ensure the safety of the reclaims notice, so there is evidence that the rules where made on a specified date and kept there.
What does the Regulations Archive do?
The regulations archive keeps an up to date log of each individual stables rules and reg's. To ensure that no false accusations are made from either buyer or seller.
What happens once a sale is over and I want to change my rules?
Pm a member of staff or admin to ask for a change to be made and they will change the original post and include a log of changes, that are also dated.
When is a reclaim notice invalid?
If you change your rules and reg's after a sale has been made, you must apply the correct version of the rules and reg's to the horse in question.
At no point are older/newer rules and reg's to be used when reclaiming a horse.
e.g. a horse sold on the date of 11/11/14 must use the rules that were active at that date.
The Archive will help members to see what version of the rules were used during the sale.
How do I reclaim a horse?
To make a valid reclaim on any equine/s its very simple, first you need valid evidence that the member/s is not following the rules that the equine/s was sold on. e.g. horse sold 11/11/14 (check archive for the rules and reg's of the 11/11/14) Then once evidence is gathered you may fill out a template provided by Sapphire to ensure a formal reclaim notice is issued.
Any members that issue rude, hateful or inappropriate reclaim notices to any member will not have support their case.
The template below is to help you formally issue a reclaim, members how issue reclaim notice's may issue up to 3 warnings if the horse is not reclaimed and the rules are still not met then further action must be taken into a compromise with the member e.g. You may keep the horse for a further week so long you start to follow these rules and reg's (links to rules in archive)
You may use this template to construct a formal warning / letter to whom it may concern, do not publicly post these issues on our forum since this is very unfair to single out a member in front of everyone and can lead to you as a member getting a suspension or ban. Keep all reclaim notice's / warnings or letters confidential via a PM to Whom it may concern.
